About The Position

Eaton's Electrical Sector - ESS division is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of assigned services to existing customers, resellers and end users. The expected annual salary range for this role is $68,000 - $99,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or sales support
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Raleigh, NC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements.
  • Position will be responsible for meeting or exceeding both an individual and a team goal.
  • Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations.
  • Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.
  • Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
  • Administer all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
  • Generate quotes and special pricing requests.
  • Partner with sales Representatives, Distributors, and End-Users to reach regional sales goals.
  • Handle calls related to price checks, delivery times, inventory availability, literature requests, and order status from key sales Representatives, Distributors and End-Users.
