About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Account Representative to join our growing team in Arizona or East coast. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, focused on identifying and building new business partnerships within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, proactive in seeking opportunities, and committed to delivering excellence. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to grooming the right candidate; no prior Pharma experience is required—we are looking for your drive and willingness to grow with us.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
• Proven track record in sales, customer-facing roles, or high-volume outreach environments.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex regulated industries is essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize lead generation tools to identify and connect with healthcare providers and pharmacy accounts that would benefit from our solutions.
• Drive outreach through high-impact calls and emails to share our product value and convert potential interest into active partnerships.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process with clarity and professionalism.
• Actively listen to customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring they have the full support of our product portfolio.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction and service retention.
• Manage the end-to-end order entry process within our Acumatica ERP; collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain an organized and transparent sales pipeline within Zoho CRM, ensuring all interactions are documented to support team-wide visibility.
• Act as a bridge between our customers and internal operations to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to delivery.
