About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, processing orders, supporting strategic accounts, and working with clients regarding the return process. Working closely with both the Outside Sales Representative and Sales Management Team, this position serves as a key point of contact with customers and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to prepare quotations.
  • Experience processing orders.
  • Skills in supporting strategic accounts.
  • Experience working with clients regarding the return process.
  • Ability to work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Management.
  • Proficiency in maintaining CRM records and customer activity.

  • Experience in the scaffolding or industrial solutions sector.
  • Familiarity with Umdasch Group or Doka's legacy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare quotations, work with operations on deliveries, reservations, and rental stock levels.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and opportunities.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to increase account penetration.
  • Coordinate equipment availability with operations teams.
  • Maintain CRM records and customer activity.
  • Support the Outside Sales Representative with account development activities.
  • Assist Sales Management with major account initiatives.
  • Assist in managing strategic and national accounts.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of service.
  • Manage returns and asset recovery.
