About The Position

This position involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers throughout the day. Successful candidates must be comfortable speaking on the phone, building rapport, overcoming objections, and helping customers take the next step. Pest Hunters and Humbug Holiday Lighting are rapidly growing home service companies serving Clarksville, Nashville, Franklin, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. We are a locally owned and operated company focused on delivering exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can help us convert more leads into customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for following up on leads, scheduling appointments, closing pest control services over the phone, re-engaging past customers, and helping our team maximize every opportunity. This is a revenue-generating position that plays a critical role in the growth of our company. This is a hybrid position. Some in-office time will be required for training, team meetings, collaboration, and ongoing business activities. However, much of the outbound calling and follow-up work can be performed remotely.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Contact new leads quickly after they inquire
  • Follow up on web leads, Yelp leads, and marketing-generated leads
  • Qualify prospects and answer questions
  • Schedule in-home consultations for lighting projects
  • Quote and close residential pest services over the phone
  • Follow up on unsold estimates
  • Re-engage former customers and past prospects
  • Confirm appointments and support customer communications
  • Help generate online reviews and referrals
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates within company systems
