Requirements

• Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively.
• Strong skills in handling objections and building relationships over the phone.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Background in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidation, tax relief, insurance).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily to insurance agents and agencies.
• Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales.
• Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
• Network and establish strong relationships with new clients.
• Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
