At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon, we are dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for homeowners by delivering premium window and door replacement solutions. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Center (ISC) Representatives to join our expanding Portland-based team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by earning bonuses. As an ISC Representative, your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with clear and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, comfort navigating multiple screens, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • Professional demeanor with strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Portland office.
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building trust.
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads from internal databases (no cold calling) and schedule consultations for our sales team.
  • Guide homeowners through the scheduling process while providing a professional and welcoming experience on every call.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and a smooth customer handoff.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
