Labcorp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in the Southern California area. This role involves selling laboratory testing services to professionals in various medical fields, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and building a sales pipeline for ongoing revenue achievement. The representative will also be responsible for accurately forecasting sales, managing activity for revenue and growth, collaborating with team members to retain business, communicating value propositions, and updating customer information in Salesforce CRM. Additionally, they will provide ongoing customer support and education on focus products and market updates. This position is hybrid, requiring travel to client sites as necessary and ride-alongs with outside sales representatives. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.
