GEICO is seeking experienced sales professionals with strong industry knowledge to join our team as Experienced Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll do more than sell insurance—you’ll guide customers in protecting what matters most. Whether assisting potential customers or supporting existing policyholders, you’ll combine expertise with genuine care to deliver an exceptional experience.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple applications
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience (insurance sales preferred), or 2+ years of sales experience in a corporate or call center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license preferred, not required
  • 2–4-year college degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, advise on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies.
  • Deliver outstanding service that demonstrates the value of being a GEICO policyholder.
  • Help customers feel secure and supported while advancing your career.
