About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Valley Pacific, you must be well-organized and able to communicate our products and services to customers clearly. Accurately quote and calculate customer pricing to establish profitable deliveries and develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proficient understanding of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Regularly close new business for the company.
  • Profitably retain existing customers.
  • Revitalize profitable accounts.
  • Systematically contact current customers and increase sales.
  • Smoothly transfer accounts back and forth with outside sales as determined by VPPS and/or customer requests.
  • Effectively use CRM software to record leads/sales/activities.
  • Set and meet quarterly goals set by supervisor.
  • Ability to promptly return phone calls, text messages, and emails.
