About The Position

Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of Inside Sales experience
  • Previous experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
  • Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Plumbing/HVAC/Restoration/Construction industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Increasing sales and providing customer support and service options/recommendations
  • Call requirement of 50 calls per day
  • Listen and assess the needs of each customer, and quickly provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
  • Primary sales through inbound prospecting, and following up with customers
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Present and explain consumer financing options (Goodleap, Greensky) to customers to increase affordability and close rates.
  • Pre-qualify customers for financing programs and assist with loan application submission and documentation.
  • Clearly communicate terms, monthly payment estimates, and promotions to help customers make confident financial decisions.
