About The Position

North Shore Masonry is seeking motivated and professional Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial masonry restoration and are committed to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service throughout every stage of the project. This is a fully remote position focused on outbound sales, lead follow-up, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with prospective clients, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through project approval.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or call center environments preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer and CRM system knowledge preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Construction or home services experience is a plus, but not required
