About The Position

ENCON Equipment is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Louisville branch in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This is a full-time, in-branch position where you will help customers over the phone and face-to-face, build quotes, coordinate rentals, follow up on opportunities, and help grow sales. ENCON Equipment is the fastest-growing equipment rental company in America, and we are looking for someone who is good with customers, comfortable on the phone, organized, and not afraid to follow up and ask for the business.

Nice To Haves

Inside sales, B2B sales, equipment rental, construction, or customer service experience is a plus, but work ethic, attitude, and the ability to learn matter just as much.

Responsibilities

Work on-site at our Jeffersonville, IN branch every day.
Handle inbound sales calls and help walk-in customers.
Help customers choose the right equipment for the job.
Build quotes, reservations, and rental contracts.
Follow up on open quotes and work to turn them into rentals.
Make outbound calls to previous, inactive, and prospective customers.
Look for opportunities to rent additional equipment or attachments.
Build relationships with contractors, businesses, and crews throughout the Louisville market.
Coordinate with dispatch, service, and operations to keep rentals moving.
Keep customer, rental, and inventory information accurate.
Track customer activity and opportunities in our CRM.
Help the branch grow revenue and keep customers coming back.
