About The Position

As an Inside Sales, you’ll be the first point of contact for phone propane inquiries, driving each conversation forward with urgency and integrity. You’ll manage the full sales and onboarding process while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This is a sales role, not an order desk position. High performers are rewarded with uncapped competitive commissions tied directly to results.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across digital platforms and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads at once with accuracy and urgency.
  • Customer‑focused approach with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and competitive in a results‑-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in propane, energy, or home services is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond immediately to phone or online propane inquiries and quote requests.
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and digital channels to understand needs and recommend the right solution.
  • Qualify leads quickly and guide customers through the full sales and onboarding process.
  • Provide accurate product details, pricing, and account setup support.
  • Maintain clean, detailed CRM/Salesforce.com records for every interaction.
  • Coordinate with operations and admin teams to ensure smooth customer activation.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Represent the company with integrity while driving hard for results.
