As part of our growth journey, we’re expanding our inside sales team and seeking a passionate, customer‑oriented sales professional to help extend our reach and impact. We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing Flow & Cell Analysis business. In this role, you will serve as a key commercial support partner to Sales Specialists, Field Application Specialists (FAS), Marketing, and Customer Service teams to help drive customer engagement, pipeline development, and operational excellence across the commercial organization. The Inside Sales Representative will support lead management, customer follow-up, opportunity coordination, CRM management, quoting activities, and outbound business development initiatives. This role plays an important part in ensuring timely customer engagement, maintaining commercial process discipline, and supporting growth across our portfolio of flow cytometry instruments, reagents, kits, and related solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced commercial environment supporting academic, industry and government customers.
