Role Overview Support CBTS's inside sales team by prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating client conversations across our portfolio. This is a foundational role designed to build core sales skills and product knowledge in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–4 years of relevant experience (new graduates and those with up to 4 years welcome)
  • Foundational knowledge of CRM tools, with Salesforce experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Any product certifications, Salesforce Trailhead basics, or relevant vendor fundamentals (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring a healthy pipeline for the inside sales team.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, document requirements, and pass qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) for all prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline stages.
  • Support senior sales professionals with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and client follow-up communications.
  • Develop fluency in CBTS's IT services, cloud, networking, and managed services portfolio to clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, sales enablement sessions, and product certification pathways to accelerate professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
