This role serves as a selling extension of the field sales team by supporting quoting activities, owning assigned customer accounts, and ensuring timely follow‑up and closure of all quotations. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving responsiveness, improving quote‑to‑win conversion, and generating incremental volume through proactive customer engagement, while maintaining close alignment with territory sales representatives. This is a sales role with direct accountability for commercial outcomes — not a customer service or order‑entry position. The position is performed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overnight or weekend hours as required. Limited occasional travel may be required, primarily for sales meetings, training, or customer engagements in support of the field sales team.
