About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the crucial first point of contact between Buildingstars and potential customers. This entry-level sales role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, motivated by goals, and seek a career in sales with the flexibility of remote work. ISRs will contact business prospects via phone to generate interest in Buildingstars' services and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales Team. The company provides all necessary tools, training, and scripts, requiring only the candidate's energy and work ethic.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Able to multitask between tools/screens while on calls

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across various industries
  • Engage decision-makers and generate interest in Buildingstars’ services
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite) to track calls, contacts, and lead status
  • Send follow-up emails and marketing materials as needed
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, appointments, follow-ups)
