Requirements

  • 2–5 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience with a strong closing track record
  • Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed quotas
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals independently
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience using dialers, CRMs, and sales tools
  • Professional, coachable, and motivated to grow
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Own your sales pipeline from first call to close—no handoffs
  • Work warm, company-provided leads (no cold list building required)
  • Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer to drive new business
  • Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals consistently
  • Overcome objections with confidence and skill
  • Track activity and performance metrics to stay on top of your goals
