About the Role • Serve walk-in customers at Durabuilt showrooms and guide them through product options • Manage all incoming sales leads including phone, email, website, and showroom inquiries • Support and grow contractor and small trade accounts through quoting, follow-ups, and relationship management • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions • Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation using CRM and quoting tools • Proactively follow up on open opportunities to drive timely decisions • Build and maintain a personal book of business through repeat customers and referrals • Collaborate with outside sales, installation, service, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth customer experience
