We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative who will achieve sales objectives within an assigned territory, or set of customers, by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans. This position is 100% onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI, only candidates that can commit to working onsite will be considered.

Requirements

  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and PowerPoint.
  • Must be service oriented, articulate and able to present a positive and professional image with the ability to train and motivate.
  • Knowledge and ability to represent integrated cleaning systems to various levels of buyers.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel, up to 10%.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and at least 3 years of successful construction sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide current, accurate, and meaningful product information to customers, for the primary purpose of selling the customer on FNA products.
  • Meet all monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies designed to expand the sales efforts.
  • Participate in off-site sales meetings and training programs as required.
  • Maintain product knowledge, including competitors' products.
  • Maintain up-to-date call records and demonstrate the ability to manage a set of customers.
  • Prospect new clients and onboard newly acquired partners and support their growth.
  • Proficiently and accurately generate system recommendations based on application and customer needs.
  • Perform competitive analysis of competing products and technologies.
  • Active participation in associated trade shows.
  • Maintain customer and prospect list while tracking performance and closing effectiveness.
