About The Position

ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. As a Sales Representative you will generate new business and grows existing business by selling transportation services, providing a reliable service, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an In-office opportunity available our St. Louis, MO location.

Requirements

  • Must have one to three years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, strong Excel, and other general office equipment.
  • Confident approach to selling a product with the ability to ask the right questions and customize a solution.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong negotiation and math skills to finalize contracts with attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop a sales strategy leveraging market and competitor research.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the vehicle logistics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Grow a book of business through cold calling and prospecting to gain traction in the market and improve revenue.
  • Sell transportation services and cross-sell other service lines to dealer groups and rental accounts.
  • Manage a current book of business.
  • Place and track orders while providing the customer with one point of contact for transporting their vehicle.
  • Onboard new clients and manage the ongoing relationship with excellent customer service.
  • Ensure customer commitments are met, working with Order and Dispatch teams.
  • Meet with management to discuss current activity within the specific segment, aligning goals for the department.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
