Inside Sales Representative (B2B) Payroll, HR & Benefits Solutions. Are you a driven inside sales professional who thrives on conversations, metrics, and results? iBusinessSolutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate high-quality B2B opportunities and fuel our outside sales team with decision-makers ready to talk payroll, employee benefits, and workers' compensation solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high-volume outreach, competitive compensation, and a clear path to growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or SDR experience (B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable with high call volume and rejection
  • Confident phone presence with strong objection-handling skills
  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and activities
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and metrics-driven mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Background in payroll, PEO, insurance, or SaaS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders
  • Prospect companies with 10–250 employees across targeted industries
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for our outside sales team
  • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Follow up quickly on inbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Build, track, and manage your pipeline in Zoho CRM
  • Maintain accurate call notes, dispositions, and activity reporting
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly performance KPIs
