About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers. The role presents and sells company products, establishes customer accounts, and processes orders accurately. The position is contract to hire and based fully onsite in Glendale, California. The pay range is $25.00–$30.00 per hour. A monthly bonus may be available after transitioning to a permanent role, subject to eligibility.

Requirements

• Experience with purchase orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of customer service processes and operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job functions simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and establish priorities with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to maintain a positive company image.
• Strong interpersonal and human interaction skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and expand knowledge.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Good working knowledge of inbound call handling and order entry.
• Experience in data entry and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products to current and potential customers.
• Establish new customer accounts and gather customer profiles.
• Prepare quotes, send them to clients, and maintain organized files.
• Process customer purchase orders efficiently.
• Provide drawings and other product media to assist customers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
• Generate new prices using price method tools.
• Accurately enter new product part numbers, pricing, and delivery details.
• Exercise independent discretion and judgment on significant matters related to job responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
