The Inside Sales Representative – Services team position will focus on a supporting a remote sales territory, supporting multiple team members within the region. This position is in the Service Industrial Filtration division, with a focus on selling maintenance service opportunities and plans. This opportunity is great for someone with previous inside sales experience that is highly organized, self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and motivated by growth and expansion would enjoy this position. Prior experience covering a large territory in the industrial space would be beneficial for this role. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of sales or sales support experience

Responsibilities

  • Support territory sales with a successful territory business strategy to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Promotes and sells services directly to current and new end customers.
  • Ability to own lead through sales process from start to finish.
  • Provide post-sale customer support to ensure expectations were met.
  • Build and advance current customer relationships and provide product training to maximize sales.
  • Support and advance current Donaldson dealer/contractor network partnerships to expand outside service support to drive sales.
  • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Donaldson sales teams and corporate initiatives to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Utilize all CRM and approved sales tools.
  • Support field sales representative with new and follow-up service quoting.
  • Support and manage large customer base to promote and identify new sales opportunities
