About The Position

This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the environmental, industrial, and consulting sectors. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, providing quotes for laboratory testing services, and building strong relationships with key clients. This position requires excellent communication skills to convey laboratory capabilities and ensure client satisfaction through accurate service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to understand and articulate technical information related to laboratory services

Nice To Haves

Experience in the environmental, industrial, or consulting sectors
Knowledge of laboratory testing services and regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within environmental, industrial, and consulting sectors
Respond to incoming client inquiries and provide quotes for laboratory testing services
Build and maintain relationships with environmental consultants, engineers, municipalities, and industrial clients
Communicate laboratory capabilities, turnaround times, and regulatory compliance standards
Prepare and follow up on proposals, bids, and pricing requests
Coordinate with laboratory operations to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems
