About The Position

Looking for a Sales Support Representative with experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, aerospace, or similar environments. This role focuses on quotes, purchase orders, order entry, RMAs, customer support, and ERP system management. This role is based in Glendale, CA.

Requirements

2+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or Account Support experience.
Experience processing purchase orders (POs) and order entry.
Experience handling RMAs, returns, or customer order issues.
Experience using ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing or product-based environment.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, industrial products, or distribution experience.
Experience working with engineering, production, warehouse, or logistics teams.
Familiarity with pricing, quotations, and customer account management.
Bachelors degree with internship experience in related field

Responsibilities

Process customer purchase orders and enter orders into the ERP system.
Prepare quotes and provide pricing information to customers.
Manage RMAs, returns, and order-related issues.
Support customers via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.
Track orders and coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and other internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product information.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
