You’re comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts, spotting opportunities to grow those relationships, and guiding Hospitality customers through a thoughtful, consultative sales process. You like being trusted as a go-to contact and take pride in delivering a great experience, from first conversation through to long-term partnership.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a portfolio of business-to-business customer accounts, with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Experience selling digital software solutions, ideally in a software-as-a-service environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A consultative, persuasive approach, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and practical way.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, building strong relationships that support retention, satisfaction and account growth.
  • Identify and develop expansion and upsell opportunities, shaping clear strategies that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage the full sales process, from requests for information and proposals through presentations, negotiation and contracting.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to our projects team once a sale is complete, staying involved to support a positive customer experience.
