As an Inside Sales Representative for Uline’s Quotes team, you’ll work with clients to understand their needs and connect them to our extensive range of over 43,000 quality products. Use your expertise to provide valuable insights in a fast-paced, supportive environment with attention to detail, decisiveness and strong multitasking skills. If you’re motivated to grow and develop into a leadership role, this is a great opportunity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 2+ years of relevant Quotes, Inside Sales or call center experience.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Industrial products experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with special pricing requests, preparing quotes, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes and strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
- Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.
