About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and career driven Inside Sales Representative Intern to join our Commercial team for the summer internship program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to medical device sales, business development, and commercial operations within a fast-paced and innovative organization. The Inside Sales Representative Intern will work closely with the Inside Sales, Capital Sales, Sales Operations, and Commercial Leadership teams to support day-to-day sales initiatives, customer outreach efforts, and operational projects. This role offers valuable exposure to the full sales funnel, CRM management, sales strategy, and the medical aesthetics industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, medical devices, healthcare, or commercial operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and learning outbound sales techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Inside Sales team with outbound prospecting and cold-calling initiatives.
  • Assist in building and managing sales funnels and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with Capital Sales Representatives and Sales Operations to support commercial initiatives and customer engagement efforts.
  • Gain exposure to sales operations processes, reporting, and CRM management.
  • Assist with tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
  • Conduct market and account research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Support follow-up communications with prospective and existing customers.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions with senior sales leadership.
  • Learn the fundamentals of medical device sales, customer relationship management, and commercial business strategy.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial team as needed.
