About The Position

The Inside Sales Intern will support the GDUSMS Direct Sales team by assisting with connectivity customer migrations, strengthening sales operational workflows, and improving collections coordination between Sales and Accounts Payable. This role provides hands-on experience across the sales cycle, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Customer Operations, and the Sales organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales / Marketing, Operations / Supply Chain, Information Systems / MIS, or Other related fields connected to Sales Operations
  • Exceptional communication, customer-facing, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Support small connectivity customer migrations by tracking timelines, statuses, and risks
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Operations, and customers to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain migration documentation and prepare weekly updates
  • Assist in sales processes and operational workflows, including documentation and process improvements
  • Help streamline routine sales processes and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Support collections efforts in collaboration with Finance and Accounts Payable
  • Track overdue invoices, payments, and customer communications
  • Escalate issues as needed and help improve coordination to reduce revenue delays
