About The Position

Elevate Your Sales Career with a High-Growth Telecom Sales Team. Join ISG, an established tech-enabled sales and marketing firm partnering with top-tier telecommunications providers like AT&T to connect customers with essential home services including high-speed internet, home phone, wireless, and TV. This is a 100% inbound sales role — no cold calling. Customers come to you, and you guide them to the best solution. We set you up for success with a structured onboarding experience: Weeks 1–2: Instructor-led classroom training (Mon–Fri, 9–5). Weeks 3–4: Hands-on systems training in a computer lab (Mon–Fri, 9–5). Ongoing support: Coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Requirements

• 18+ with High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills — comfortable on the phone
• Tech-savvy with basic to intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Telecom or AT&T experience is a plus
