Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
• Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional, motivated, and coachable attitude

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs
• Educate clients on available solutions and services
• Overcome objections and close deals effectively
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
