About The Position

Superior Propane is Canada's leading and reliable propane provider, trusted by customers since 1951. We are growing fast and looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a true hunter mentality, someone who thrives on turning opportunity into revenue and leads into long-term customers. This is a high-impact sales position where success comes from your ability to engage, influence, and close. This is not an order-taking role. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills—you can build trust quickly and close confidently
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with performance targets and KPIs

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles (sales experience is a strong asset)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required.
  • English proficiency is required as you may support customers across our Canadian and U.S. Businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process from start to finish—no handoffs, no excuses.
  • Take inbound phone calls and digital leads and convert them into new customers
  • Qualify quickly, uncover needs, and position the right energy solution with confidence
  • Drive results by consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline—follow up, nurture, and move opportunities forward
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage activity, track progress, and stay organized
  • Balance speed and quality—act with urgency while delivering a strong customer experience
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
