The Inside Sales Representative – Expansion role works with a dedicated list of named Bluebeam customers to maximize their spend with Bluebeam. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for renewing, upselling, and cross selling all customers within their book business. The Inside Sales Representative works with existing Bluebeam customers. The primary focus is to actively engage with current customers to uncover opportunities leading to the purchase of additional products and services. The Inside Sales Representative partners with the other teams at Bluebeam including but not limited to, Enterprise Sales, Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Technical Support, Marketing, Professional Services and Legal/Security to effectively guide customers through purchases of Bluebeam products and services. Properly executed, efforts will result in revenue growth, retention and customer satisfaction for the North America Bluebeam Sales Team.
