Lantern is looking for a curious, coachable, and relentless Senior Sales Development Representative with a growth mindset — someone hungry to learn, stretch, and make an impact. We’re seeking candidates with experience selling to HR and benefits leaders and a track record of consistently exceeding performance goals. You’ll help expand Lantern’s reach by connecting with decision-makers who care about improving care while reducing waste. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with Marketing and Sales, operate with autonomy, and create conversations that unlock new revenue. You’ll join a team that consistently exceeds targets, gain exposure to seven- and eight-figure enterprise deals, and learn how complex organizations evaluate and buy. Along the way, you’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare services, receiving mentorship, real-time feedback, and a fast track to becoming an exceptional seller and future leader. Location: New York, NY. In office (Hybrid optional 3x in office per week required)
