About The Position

VOSKER, a leader in surveillance solutions for remote-area monitoring, is seeking talent to support its Reconeyez solutions. The company designs intelligent, autonomous, solar-powered, and cellular-connected surveillance systems for demanding environments. In this role, you will help protect critical assets, work with cutting-edge technology, and grow with a forward-thinking team.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years in inside sales, account management, or similar
  • Experience in B2B environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and proactive approach
  • CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in security, surveillance, or tech industry
  • Exposure to hardware-based products
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive, MS Office, Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B dealers and integrators
  • Drive repeat business and reorders through proactive engagement
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert to opportunities and orders
  • Identify opportunities to expand dealer activity
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers on larger opportunities
  • Support quoting, follow-ups, and pipeline management in Pipedrive
  • Maintain communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Connect end users with qualified dealers
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams
