About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for carrying out a variety of duties including receiving and tracking all B2B orders from the sales support and outside sales team for major Key Account orders; processing and managing the LG bid desk, sales program management, as well as track and follow-up on all orders to ensure processing and delivery terms are met. Requirements

  • Post-Secondary degree along with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word).
  • Proficient in Industry standard ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.).
  • Excellent level customer communication skills and sales acumen.
  • High Level of Efficiency, Multitasking, Organization and detail oriented.
  • Obtain any work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required to legally work in Canada prior to commencing employment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and track all B2B orders from the sales support and outside sales team for major Key Account orders.
  • Process and manage the LG bid desk.
  • Manage sales programs.
  • Track and follow-up on all orders to ensure processing and delivery terms are met.
  • Reply to Customer inquiries and emails as needed.
  • Follow-up on price approvals and address validations.
  • Cancel older quote orders and follow-up with Reps to confirm if they are still required.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups on sales proposals & leads.
  • Follow-up with credit and logistics to expedite orders.
  • Provide back-order reports on orders and ETA.
  • Handle credit notes, follow-ups, Bids, Samples, Admin processes as it relates to transactions.
  • Support operations on turnkey projects.
  • Manage Sales Promotion and Registration as needed.
  • Prepare Team special occasion (Annual Ceremony/Workshop etc.).
  • Manage and Review Annual Volume Incentive Rebate (tracking, contracts, calculation, and verification).
  • Review quarterly sales target achievements.
  • Customer opportunity identification & evaluation.
  • Manage orders through the delivery life cycle.
  • Participate in and recap weekly concession meeting.
  • Provide ETAs for inventory going to customers/ distributors.
  • Pipeline management (Project System Registration and Management).
  • Prepare and report Customer Inventory Status and Aging information.
  • Prepare and report weekly sellout, inventory, and core sku reports.
  • Prepare revenue and commission statements for external sales agencies.
  • Process 3rd party POs, vendor management, invoice Processing, and payments.
  • T&E budget management and allocation.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
