About The Position
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative – Automotive Aftermarket to join our Exeter, PA team. If you enjoy talking with customers, learning about automotive parts and accessories, and growing accounts, this is a great opportunity to build a sales career with an industry leader. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will spend much of your day speaking with customers by phone, supporting existing accounts, following up on qualified leads, and recommending automotive aftermarket parts and accessories that fit customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
- Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, automotive parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
- Automotive interest or enthusiasm encouraged; product and sales training provided
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with automotive shops, retailers, and enthusiasts through proactive outbound sales calls
- Grow existing B2B customer accounts and introduce new products and services
- Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into active accounts
- Recommend performance, off-road, truck accessory, wheel, tire, and related automotive parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management and sales information in company systems
- Work toward established sales and activity goals while collaborating with your team
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and inside sales skills
