About The Position

The Inside Sales Rep serves as a key customer contact and consultant at a Fluid Solutions branch. The role recommends solutions, quotes, sells, and fulfills orders for equipment and services based on customer needs, with a focus on fluid solutions equipment rental and supply. The position supports customer service, sales, and branch growth while developing knowledge of specialty engineered rental products and services, including electric and hydraulic pumps.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and diligent attention to safety.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Knowledge of fluid solutions-related products and applications.

Responsibilities

Learn the rental business as it relates to specialty engineered rental products and services, including electric and hydraulic pumps.
Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts.
Establish new rental and sales accounts by assisting walk-in and call-in customers.
Educate customers about proper equipment use.
Coordinate with inside and outside branch employees to deliver customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
Run reports to monitor equipment and facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
