About The Position
Momentum Manufacturing Group – Engineered Extrusions (MMG Extrusions). located in NH's beautiful lakes region, is seeking a Inside Sales Rep to support customers throughout the aluminum extrusion process—from quote to delivery.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand extrusion processes
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates
- Enter and maintain orders in EPICS and review drawings/specs
- Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams
- Track job progress, communicate lead times, and manage changes or expedites
- Assist with customer issues, complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions
