About The Position

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative supports B2B customers including lighting showrooms, electrical distributors, designers, and architects. This role focuses on customer service, sales support, quotations, order management, and account development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of inside sales and customer service experience
  • Experience supporting B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • At least 5 years of inside sales and customer service experience in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Cold call and email prospective customers
  • Support showroom programs, displays, and project sales
  • Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities
  • Assist outside sales representatives and regional managers
  • Prepare quotations and process orders
  • Confirm pricing, lead times, and shipping details
  • Monitor open orders and provide status updates
  • Maintain pricing and account policies
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support
  • Resolve order and product issues
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain CRM records and account activity
  • Track quotations, opportunities, and sales pipeline
  • Provide weekly reports and updates
  • Keep customer and showroom documentation organized
