About The Position

This role involves contacting businesses to set appointments for the outside sales team, utilizing a client database for tracking and follow-up calls to generate new account opportunities. The position also includes generating interest in services through marketing campaigns, sending marketing materials, meeting call and appointment goals, accepting inbound calls, and following up with missed appointments. A key aspect is qualifying leads for closers and delivering exceptional customer communication to build strong initial relationships, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • Experience in making cold and warm calls.
  • Experience with using a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Professional attitude and reliable team member.
  • Customer Service.
  • Prioritize call schedules based on need.
  • Follow directives with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
