We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Manager to lead B2B SDR and appointment-setting programs for national clients. P osition Overview The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing business-to-business inside sales and appointment-setting programs for SFI clients across multiple industries. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, pipeline development, and client acquisition. The Inside Sales Manager will lead SDR teams responsible for engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for enterprise and mid-market sales organizations. This individual will oversee daily sales operations, coaching, recruiting, KPI management, and client communications while driving overall program performance and growth.
