The Inside Sales Professional (ISP) is responsible for identifying and serving customer needs, assisting them in obtaining products or information, and providing excellent customer service while fulfilling various customer requirements. This role involves processing orders, locating parts, supporting customer relationships, assisting with warehouse duties, promoting products and services, providing technical support, identifying prospective customers, maintaining the sales facility, processing warranties, performing inventory counts, and making occasional deliveries. The position also requires participation in after-hours on-call duties and training classes, working overtime as assigned, cooperating with others, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The job requires regular, punctual, and reliable attendance and availability. The physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, laying on the floor, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, and lifting up to 60 pounds. The work environment can range from 20 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit.
