Inside Sales Producer - Client Advisory Team
About The Position
HUB International is seeking an Inside Sales Producer to join their Personal Lines team in Wilmington, MA. This role is on a Hybrid work schedule. The selected individual will be responsible for achieving new business sales goals, working with new and established lead sources, and providing professional expertise and service to Personal Lines clients in accordance with company policies. HUB International is a large insurance brokerage with over 540 locations and more than 20,000 professionals across North America, offering a broad array of insurance, retirement, and wealth management products and services. Requirements
- Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
- Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
- Experience with an automated agency management system.
- Active Producer license or ability to obtain license within six months of start date.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business for the agency and take responsibility for business growth and improving/building relationships with existing and future customers.
- Meet annual sales goals set by management.
- Perform accurate and thorough reviews of client coverage, exposure, and price, and communicate recommendations to the customer in a timely manner, adhering to Hub broker standards.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all available products to enhance sales ability.
- Negotiate favorable coverages and rates for clients.
- Keep communication lines open with the lead source generator.
- Maintain current knowledge of underwriting requirements of carriers.
- Maintain knowledge of policy provisions and any changes.
- Keep current with industry trends by reading appropriate journals, company bulletins, memos, and attending educational classes.
- Prepare reports for management as required.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
