About The Position

As an Advisory Transformation Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding enterprise transformation initiatives from strategic planning through adoption and sustained business value realization. You will partner with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to define transformation objectives, success measures, value drivers, and business outcomes. This role involves leading current-state assessments to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and key transformation levers. You will develop value blueprints and phased transformation roadmaps that connect business capabilities, processes, technology investments, risk considerations, and organizational readiness. Facilitating executive, leadership, and stakeholder workshops is crucial for driving alignment, decision-making, and transformation momentum. You will lead end-to-end business process discovery and future-state design efforts, balancing strategic goals with operational realities. Collaboration with solution architects and functional consultants to align business requirements, process changes, and solution configurations is key. Designing and executing integrated change management strategies, including sponsorship alignment, communications, training, readiness, engagement, and reinforcement activities, is a core responsibility. Conducting change impact and organizational readiness assessments, identifying adoption risks, and developing mitigation strategies are also part of the role. You will define and monitor adoption, performance, and benefits realization metrics, recommending corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities. Coaching executive sponsors and business leaders to serve as visible and effective change champions throughout transformation programs is essential. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of HSO’s Advisory practice through thought leadership, reusable assets, methodologies, templates, playbooks, accelerators, case studies, and business development activities as appropriate to level.
