About The Position

Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. Inside Sales Opportunity Representative Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts Has end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management Prepare and deliver presentations for upsell/cross-sell proposals to client. Collaborate with sales team to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge areas where existing opportunities can be accelerated and closed Generate sales strategies for opportunities Participate in client management calls Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs prioritizing data accuracy and hygiene. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology sales
  • Has metrics-based sales experience with emphasis on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • MS900 or AZ900 certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of pipeline management experience
  • 1 year of Account Management experience
  • Experience delivering group presentations
  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training, processes, and additional certifications.

Responsibilities
