About The Position
State Electric Supply Co. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending products or services, building and maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. The position may also involve counter support as assigned. State Electric Supply Co. has been a leader in the electrical distribution industry since 1952, operating across 42 locations in 7 states.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately operate cash register
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail

- Previous Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
- Process customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer services
- Provide counter support as needed and assigned
