The nursery provides top-quality shrubs, perennials, and container-grown roses to premier independent garden centers and re-wholesalers across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and upper Midwest. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, including the ability to effectively manage the sales process and identify new opportunities
  • 2+ Years Experience in Landscaping / Nursery / Horticulture. With a strong understanding of Plants, Materials, and Products
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster positive relationships and address customer inquiries effectively
  • Skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive business growth and maintain strong client partnerships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Medford, NJ, and collaborate with a team
  • Attend trade shows and visit customers as needed to promote products and strengthen relationships

Responsibilities

  • Support landscape and garden-center customers with smart product solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and keep customers coming back.
  • Spot new sales opportunities and jump on them.
  • Stay on top of inventory with quick daily dock checks.
  • Coordinate pickups and keep orders moving smoothly.
  • Share weekly plant-material photos to drive sales.
  • Manage accounts with fast follow-up and standout service.
  • Partner with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Interact with clients to offer solutions and products.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Generate leads.
  • Assist with customer inquiries.
  • Perform daily dock checks to monitor inventory levels and product availability.
  • Assist with scheduling customer pickups and coordinating logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly photos of plant material to sales representatives and customers.
  • Manage accounts, follow up on potential opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in alignment with the company's commitment to service excellence.
