Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management.
5+ years of experience in the Landscape / Nursery / Horticulture field, with a strong understanding of Plants, Materials, and Products.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
Proven success in sales and operations management.
Ability to travel regularly across sites.
Willingness to relocate to the Windsor Locks, CT area.

Horticulture experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-site operations, ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
